Sunrise Special Emulsion
Sunrise Special Emulsion is a wonder formula-blend of economy and quality with the addition of silicon. It is the best vinyl based emulsion paint in the market today. it provides excellent coverage with a pleasing silky smooth appearance. Our Emulsion comes in a variety of beautiful colours.
MAIN USES:
Recommended for the use on all types of interior masonry surfaces including plaster, concrete and brick work.It provides the most economical and quality finish on ceilings. Not recommended for wood or metal surfaces.

THINNING:
Sunrise Special Emulsion requires thinning with clean water before use. The water should be added gradually with continued stirring. The amount of water to be added will depend upon the roughness and porosity of the surface and the rate of drying during application
APPLICATION:
Before use, stir thoroughly to ensure that all the colorants are evenly mixed. For the first coat thin down 4 litters of Sunrise Special Emulsion with 4 litters of Clean water under constant stirring. For subsequent coats 3 litters of water for 4 litters of Sunrise Special Emulsion would be sufficient. Apply 2 to 3 coats by brush, roller or spray.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
New Surface:
The surface should be dry and free from powdery material which can be done by rubbing with grinding stone or sand paper. Remove all the dust with water soaked cloth. Let it dry completely and apply one coat of Sunrise Primal-30. Allow the primer to dry hard overnight and sand paper it before applying Sunrise Special Emulsion.
Old Surface:
If the existing paint is sound, Sunrise Special Emulsion may be applied direct after normal cleaning. If the old paint is cracking or flaking remove the defective material by scraping. Dust off the surface and apply one coat of Sunrise Primal-30. When the primer is hard, apply 2 or 3 coats of Sunrise Special Emulsion.
CLEANING:
Wash out brushes and rollers etc. immediately after use, a weak detergent solution or soap and water is suitable. Spots and splashes should be washed off before they have dried.
PRECAUTIONS:
After use keep paint container air tight and store in a shady & dry place if paint spills on to your body or in your eyes, wash thoroughly with clean water.
