Sunrise Under Coat
Sunrise Under Coat is a wall primer cum wood sealer. It is specially designed to light out alkali moisture and resins problems present in new masonry and works. Tough and flexible film of the binder discoverages the passage of moisture, resins and selt through it.
COLOUR RANGE:
Used as sealer coat on wall, ceilings and all other masonry surfaces as wood sealer on wooden surfaces before applying Special Plastic Emulsion, Weather Resist, Special Emulsion, Washable Matt Finish or Super Gloss Enamel. It provides maximum protection to emulsion and enamel paints applied over it.

THINNING:
Sunrise Special Emulsion requires thinning with clean water before use. The water should be added gradually with continued stirring. The amount of water to be added will depend upon the roughness and porosity of the surface and the rate of drying during application
APPLICATION:
Thin Sunrise Under Coat with 10-15% good quality white spirit. Apply one coat and let it dry for 24 hours. Filling if required should be done with putty. Let it dry before applying special Plastic Emulsion, Weather Resist, Enamel or Matt Finish , Filling on the exterior surfaces in not recommended.
PREPARATION OF PUTTY:
Sunrise Under Coat is an excellent binder for making wall Putty.Mix 4 Lites of Sunrise Under Coat, with 6-7 kg's of good quality chalk. While preparing putty add small quantity of water, which will make the Putty soft and its application much easier
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Ensure the surface is fully dried & free from powdery material which can be achieved by rubbing with abrasive paper followed by the removal of loose dust with solvent soaked cloth. When completely dry apply one coat of Sunrise Under Coat and let it dry for 24 hours.
